Qualifications
The scholarships are available only to full-time undergraduate or graduate students at regionally accredited institutions in the United States. All applicants must be U.S. citizens. Those persons who are already CPAs are not eligible for this scholarship.

The purpose of the Public Investor Scholarship is to support the studies of full- or part-time undergraduate or graduate students with career interests in the efficient and productive investment of public funds. The winner of the scholarship is invited to attend the Government Finance Officers Association's annual conference where the award is presented. This scholarship is funded by JPMorgan Chase.
